Ticketing Questions
Printing your tickets will allow for faster entry into the attraction. We can also scan the code off a Smartphone.
Yes. Due to our Timed-Ticketing system, your ticket is only valid during the time you choose.
Unfortunately no, all sales are final.

Group rates can be purchased on the ticketing website any day EXCLUDING October 22nd, 23rd, 29th, 30th, and 31st
No, but we do offer several other discounts.
Timed Ticketing allows your party entrance to the queue line within your given time slot in order to streamline access into the show.
Who Should & Should NOT attend
No, this is solely up to you, if you think your child can handle it then you can bring them in. If we had to rate the content of the show it would be PG-13.
You should first consult with your physician, if they clear you then yes. If you haven’t consulted your physician we do not recommend you go through.
Once again you should first consult with your physician; please mention to them there will be fog machines in the haunt as well. If your physician clears you then yes you can attend if no then we do not recommend it either.
Onsite & Day of event Questions
Yes the parking is free. There is a good amount of parking around the haunted house. Please be respectful of our neighbors. There will also be overflow parking that will be shuttled to our location. For more information visit our Directions page.
We have outdoor/heated indoor waiting with live entertainment every night.
It really depends on when you attend. During the beginning of the season the wait will be short. Towards the end of the season especially Friday and Saturday nights the wait will be longer as these are typically busy hours. Also the closer you come to opening time which is 7:00 pm the shorter your wait will be. We also offer VIP passes that allow you to skip the wait.
The average time it takes to get through both attractions will average around 30 minutes.
Yes. We do our best to be handicap accessible inside the attraction! There are a couple areas that may have to be by-passed; we provide by-passes for all guests that cannot go through certain rooms of the haunted house. Please make sure that you check in with an Event Staff employee and they will help you through the houses.
Yes. On busy nights we employ off-duty police officers at the event. We also have a staff solely dedicated to keeping the event as safe and secure as possible.
No, photography and any other type of filming will not be permitted.
No. The Actors are not allowed to touch you in any manner. We ask that you please be respectful and not touch our actors either. There maybe times where incidental contact occurs.
Yes. We have many strobe lights throughout the entire haunted house. It is not recommended for people that have Epilepsy go through the haunted house. We have strobe lights in many of our rooms and fog. We also don’t recommend people with asthma, heart issues and pregnant women go through the haunted house as well. We just want everyone to have a safe time. You can always ask your physician to see if you can go through, however, we just don’t want you to get hurt.
If you become too scared at any point, just remember to stay calm and proceed to the nearest emergency exit where you will be escorted out of the attraction. Please note, we do not give refunds under any circumstances.
Yes, although we suggest leaving those things in the car as they could get lost during your walk through the haunted house.
No. There are no live animals inside Midnight Terror Haunted House.
You cannot drop off in the main lot. If you need to drop people off at the event, please drop them off at 5540 w 111th street, oak lawn. This is the building/lot next door to our attraction.

Yes. We accept all major credit card carriers.
Of course, you can wear a costume to the haunted house! However, we ask that you not wear a mask or carry a prop!

Midnight Terror is Wheelchair Accessible in accordance with ADA. In order to guarantee the best show, we highly suggest arriving at the top of the first time slot (7 pm) and let us know by email (link to email), phone call or text to (708) 571-0266 that you’ll be arriving that day.
