QUESTIONS ABOUT TICKETS
Q: If I purchase tickets online, do I have to print them out?
A: Printing your tickets will allow for faster entry into the attraction. We can also scan the code off a Smartphone.
Q: Do my tickets expire or have any sort of time restrictions?
A: No, your tickets are valid for all days and times we are open during the fall season. Please refer to the calendar for additional information.
Q: I can’t use my ticket, is there a refund?
A: Unfortunately no, all sales are final.
Q: Are there any group discounts available?
A: Yes. Group discounts and reservations can be made on our ticketing page. If you have questions, please give us a call (TBA) or email at [email protected]
Q: Are there discounts for children?
A: No, but we do offer several other discounts.
WHO SHOULD/SHOULDN’T ATTEND
Q: Is there an age limit?
A: No, this is solely up to you, if you think your child can handle it then you can bring them in. If we had to rate the content of the show it would be PG-13.
Q: Are pregnant women permitted to go through the haunted house?
A: You should first consult with your physician, if they clear you then yes. If you haven’t consulted your physician we do not recommend you go through.
Q: What if I have asthma, am I permitted to go inside of the haunted house?
A: Once again you should first consult with your physician; please mention to them there will be fog machines in the haunt as well. If your physician clears you then yes you can attend if no then we do not recommend it either.
ON-SITE/DAY OF EVENT QUESTIONS
Q: Is there parking, and is it free?
A: Yes the parking is free. There is a good amount of parking around the haunted house. Please be respectful of our neighbors. There will also be overflow parking that will be shuttled to our location.
Q: What type of waiting area do you have?
A: We have a large heated indoor waiting area with live entertainment every night.
Q: How long will I be waiting in line?
A: It really depends on when you attend. During the beginning of the season the wait will be short. Towards the end of the season especially Friday and Saturday nights the wait will be longer as these are typically busy hours. Also the closer you come to opening time which is 7:00 pm the shorter your wait will be. We also offer VIP passes that allow you to skip the wait entirely.
Q: How long does the typical walk through take?
A: The average time it takes to get through both attractions will average around 30 minutes.
Q: Is Midnight Terror handicap accessible?
A: Yes. We do our best to be handicap accessible inside the attraction! There are a couple areas that may have to be by-passed; we provide by-passes for all guests that cannot go through certain rooms of the haunted house. Please make sure that you check in with an Event Staff employee and they will help you through the houses.
Q: Are there security personal on site?
A: Yes. On busy nights we employ off-duty police officers at the event. We also have a staff solely dedicated to keeping the event as safe and secure as possible.
Q: Are we allowed to take photos?
A: No, photography and any other type of filming will not be permitted.
Q: Can the actors touch us inside the attraction?
A: No. The Actors are not allowed to touch you in any manner. We ask that you please be respectful and not touch our actors either. There maybe times where incidental contact occurs.
Q: Do you have a lot of strobe lights in the haunted house?
A: Yes. We have many strobe lights throughout the entire haunted house. It is not recommended for people that have Epilepsy go through the haunted house. We have strobe lights in many of our rooms and fog. We also don’t recommend people with asthma, heart issues and pregnant women go through the haunted house as well. We just want everyone to have a safe time. You can always ask your physician to see if you can go through, however, we just don’t want you to get hurt.
Q: When I’m inside the haunt and I get too scared to continue what do I do?
A: If you become too scared at any point, just remember to stay calm and proceed to the nearest emergency exit where you will be escorted out of the attraction. Please note, we do not give refunds under any circumstances.
Q: Can I bring personal belongings such as a bag or purse with me?
A: Yes, although we suggest leaving those things in the car as they could get lost during your walk through the haunted house.
Q: Are there any live animals anywhere in the attraction?
A: Yes, any and all live animals will be handled by professional care takers.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes. We accept all major credit card carriers, online or at the door.
Q: Can I wear a costume?
A: Of course, you can wear a costume to the haunted house! However, we ask that you not wear a mask or carry a prop!

Q: Are you open if it’s raining?
A: Yes. We have a large heated indoor waiting area so you will stay warm and dry at all times.
Q: Is there a dress code for this attraction?
A: Please check the weather and dress accordingly. We also recommend that you wear closed toe shoes.
